Also called Elephant Point and Needle Point, this viewpoint is situated near Lodwick Point. Elephant’s Head Point is named so because the hill it stands on is shaped like the head and trunk of an elephant on one side.
This point is popular among tourists because it offers an enthralling view of the valley below, especially during monsoon, when the region is lush and vibrant. During the monsoon season, you also get the views of Vulture’s Water, a natural water spring in the valley.
